Shoppers visiting The Factory at Franklin have a new locally owned stop for home décor, seasonal gifts, and interior design help.

Zula & Mac Interiors and Boutique has opened a second Franklin store at the popular mixed-use destination.

The family-owned business is keeping its original downtown Franklin location open, making the expansion an addition rather than a relocation.

The boutique specializes in decorative pieces, gifts, holiday accents, and services that help homeowners finish a room or refresh a space.

Owner Pam Hood has built the business around the idea that a house should feel personal, inviting, and lived in.

Customers can explore home accessories or seek help with in-home design consultations, decorating decisions, and custom faux floral arrangements.

Shoppers may also bring a favorite vase or container to have a seasonal arrangement created for it.

The new store’s opening adds another independent retail option to The Factory at Franklin, a destination that already draws visitors for shopping, food, and events.

Zula & Mac’s family history is tied closely to Franklin’s local business community.

Hood’s parents operated earlier businesses in the town, including Country Charm Antique Mall, and that background helped inspire the boutique’s emphasis on décor and meaningful objects.

The Factory location is at 230 Franklin Road.

Hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

For shoppers seeking a locally rooted alternative to a national chain, the expansion is a noteworthy addition to Franklin’s retail scene.
