From downtown Nashville to historic Franklin, these six concert stops give music fans plenty to choose from this week.

MONDAY–TUESDAY, OCTOBER 19–20 | STING

Sting brings his STING 3.0 Tour to The Truth, 440 Chestnut Street in Nashville, with performances scheduled for 8 p.m. both nights.

The shows offer an opportunity to hear music from his decades-spanning career in a setting smaller than a typical arena.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 21 | JOURNEY

Journey takes the stage at Bridgestone Arena, 501 Broadway in Nashville, at 7:30 p.m.

Fans can look forward to a concert built around the band's familiar arena-rock catalog and singalong favorites.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22 | JIM MESSINA

Jim Messina performs at the Franklin Theatre, 419 Main Street, beginning at 7 p.m.

Known for his work with Loggins & Messina, Poco and Buffalo Springfield, the singer-songwriter and guitarist brings a long musical history to downtown Franklin.

THURSDAY–FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22–23 | THE RED CLAY STRAYS

The Red Clay Strays bring their country, rock and soul influences to Bridgestone Arena for two concerts scheduled for 6:30 p.m.

Sierra Ferrell and Brent Cobb are also listed on the bill.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23 | JASON ISBELL

Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit continue their Nashville residency at the Ryman Auditorium, 116 Rep. John Lewis Way, with an 8 p.m. performance.

Amy LaVere is scheduled to join the October 23 show.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25 | MORRISSEY

Morrissey, whose career includes his work with The Smiths, is scheduled at The Pinnacle, 910 Exchange Lane in Nashville, at 8:30 p.m.

His concert closes a varied week of major performances across the region.

Ticket availability, starting times and artist lineups can change, especially close to showtime.

Check directly with the venue or ticket provider before making travel plans.

Whether your taste runs to classic rock, Southern roots music or thoughtful songwriting, this week's calendar offers a reason to get out and enjoy live music around the 615.
