The people behind concerts and live productions have an opportunity to focus on their own careers at ECCHO Live’s 15th annual workshop on Tuesday, November 10.

The free event moves to Soundcheck at Rock Nashville, 3200 Whites Creek Pike, for its anniversary edition, titled EVOLVE.

Registration is required, with space available on a first-come basis.

Doors open at 4 p.m., the main event begins at 5 p.m., and an after-party is scheduled for 10 p.m.

Separate Career Essentials Labs run from 1 to 4 p.m. and require their own registration.

The main workshop offers 14 breakout sessions across three rounds.

Topics include crew leadership, responding to on-site crises, managing freelance work and income, health insurance, rest, and AI in touring.

Veteran tour manager and audio engineer Chuck Hull is the keynote speaker.

For Nashville’s production community, the value is a chance to address the practical side of a career that often runs on irregular schedules.

A session on professional relationships may be as useful as one about a technical tool, depending on where someone is in their working life.

Review the session choices before arriving so competing interests do not become a last-minute decision.

Anyone planning to attend the afternoon labs should confirm that registration separately from the evening workshop ticket.

This is an industry learning and networking event, rather than a public concert.

Check the organizer’s current schedule and remaining availability before making plans.
